- Support and Supervise Restaurant Outlet operations
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of food preparation to the Subway standards.
- Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform stock take and ordering
- Ensure high quality of customer service is met at all times
- Serve with passion in F&B industry
- Self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and people management skills
