We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who not only upholds this standard but leads by it — inspiring teams, goes the extra mile to delight guests, and contributing to our vision of exceptional dining.

Your Responsibilities at LAVI
- Oversee day-to-day operations with professionalism and precision, ensuring SOP are followed
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, empathy, and performance excellence
- Champion the guest experience — from service standards to dining atmosphere
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing service team
- Collaborate with ownership on KPIs, workflow, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to a positive, solutions-driven environment with initiative and insight
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and team engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service setting
- Familiarity with contemporary, fusion, or progressive dining concepts is a plus

Work details
- Starting 10 day AL
- 5 Day work week (44 hours)
- Staff meal allowance (post probation)
