About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Key Account Executive/Associate Manager to support the growth of our Consumer Healthcare portfolio, with a primary focus on e-commerce channels (including official brand stores and direct accounts like RedMart) and selected retail partners. Ideal for candidates with eCommerce experience looking to broaden into retail, driving sales performance across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned e-commerce accounts, driving brand visibility and sales performance.
- Develop and lead the execution of account-specific sales strategies, promotions and product listings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity, product availability, pricing accuracy and brand consistency across channels
- Manage within allocated budget and monitor performance, optimise for growth and report actionable insights to management
- Analyse market and account data to identify opportunities and improve commercial outcomes
- Support commercial negotiations on trading terms, pricing and promotions to secure favourable outcomes aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce and retail partners to maximize in-store and online performance.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in key account management or e-commerce , preferably in FMCG or consumer healthcare .
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms (e.g., RedMart, Shopee, Lazada).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.
