Our client in the healthcare industry is looking to hire a Patient Service Associate as they plan to expand and move into the next phase of their business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Admission and Discharge procedures for patients
- Offer financial counselling and support for patients or their family members, including estimated costs, fees, and financial aid options
- Assist in scheduling of surgeries or follow-up appointments
- Handling phone calls and email enquiries
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, with healthcare/hospitality preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no night shifts)
