Role Overview:
Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager to join the Commercial Excellence, Strategic Insights & Analysis team. This role will act as a strategic partner for Southeast Asia markets, driving initiatives in Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, and Commercial Excellence. You will also serve as the Commercial Excellence lead for the Singapore market, supporting business teams with reporting, analysis, incentive design, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of Commercial Excellence strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and manage sales force effectiveness metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct market research, forecasting, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and oversee incentive schemes and payout calculations for the Singapore market.
- Deliver business reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate across functions to align and deliver key projects.
- Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, or related commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Consulting experience is an advantage.
