- Carry out assembly and inspection of backend equipment.
- Align equipment/modules and perform vision alignment and calibration.
- Conduct machine checkout procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
- Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
