Business Function: Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.Responsibilities: * Support Group Head of Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in defining, communicating and executing IBG strategy* Perform market research including macro trend assessment, market scoping and competitor analysis* Partner with IBG market, segment and industry team to understand the business strategy, landscape, drivers and performance* Organise and drive IBG-wide initiatives together with relevant Business Unit and Support Unit partners* Lead in the business performance measurement of IBG through the Scorecard exercise* Support IBG Group Head’s internal and external engagements and presentations, and any ad-hoc tasks within the scope of IBG Strategy & Planning* MIS reporting, including budgeting, forward-looking forecasting, close partnership with GFPA to support management reviews and disclosureRequirements: * Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics preferred* 10 years of relevant work experience.
