BIM Coordinator (Architectural Firm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and developing of BIM models and related documentation for coordination purposes.
• Follow established project workflows and guidelines under the supervision of the project lead.
• Support the team in meeting project milestones and deliverables within set timelines.
• Utilise relevant design and coordination tools to align documentation across disciplines.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving project templates and BIM standards.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM
• At least 2 years of experience in local architectural or construction-related work
• Familiar with BIM submission and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
