• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM-authoring tools.
• Ensure all models are built in accordance with Singapore’s local codes, authority regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate design inputs.
• Prepare and update weekly BIM progress reports and present them in PowerPoint format to project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or other coordination software.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain proper file structure, version control, and naming conventions according to BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Assist in producing construction drawings and documentation from the BIM model.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in BIM workflows and best practices.
