- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM-authoring tools.
- Ensure all models are built in accordance with Singapore’s local codes, authority regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate design inputs.
- Prepare and update weekly BIM progress reports and present them in PowerPoint format to project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or other coordination software.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain proper file structure, version control, and naming conventions according to BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Assist in producing construction drawings and documentation from the BIM model.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in BIM workflows and best practices.
