Job Responsibilities :-
- Checking and packing ship supply orders.
- Attendance and delivery arrangement with suppliers to the vessels requirement at port.
- Ensure all goods are safety delivered on board the vessel, checked and acknowledged by the Master on board.
- Account for cash to be collected and submit promptly.
- Liaise closely with operation and purchasing department.
- Correspond with vessel principals, charterers and relevant parties and carry out their requests.
- Documentations (clearance, declaration etc).
- Motivate and provide a good working attitude with Operation team.
- Any other related roles and responsibilities when required.
Job requirement :-
- People oriented with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, team player and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office(Words,Excel) and work under pressure.
- Irregular working hours expected.
- Forklift licence.
- Class 2, 3 or 4 driving licence.
- 2 years relevant work experience in related field, preferably in ship supply industry.
- Self motorbike transport.
- Fresh graduate welcome.
