OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures
- Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA and various port service providers for each ship-port interface event and progress
- Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots, Arrangement of Crew matters)
- Arranging and coordinating of ship supplies
- Assisting on Crew Requirement, Documentation and Arrangement of crew Change
- Manage Ad-hoc task assigned by superior Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience or Fresh Graduates
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Salary S$2,500 and above, depending on the work experience
