Responsibilities :
1. Assist the Brand Manager in brand management of assigned brand(s)
2. Assist the Brand Manager in the preparation of annual brand marketing plan, monthly promotional activity plan implementation and follow-up
3. Coordinate with agencies for preparing promotional materials, product displays and organization of promotion activities
4. Assist in the preparation of new product launches
5. Assist in consumer research and analysis
6. Managing advertising and promotion funds on the assigned brand
7. Work closely with trade marketing and sales team and assist in execution of trade and in-store activities
8. Assist in development, implementation and evaluation of advertising and consumer promotion
9. Brand sales analysis and follow up on assigned operational matters
10. Keep abreast with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
11. Assist in the management and delivery of the assigned brand’s profitability
12. Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
13. Monthly reporting
14. Any other work deemed necessary by Brand Manager
Requirements :
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Candidates without experience and 1 year experience in brand management and/or trade marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in presentation and analytical thinking skills
- Pleasant personality, independent, as well as a good team player
