Responsibilities
- Lead consultation and fitting sessions to recommend wedding gowns and services
- Assess clients' budgets and needs to recommend appropriate wedding services and packages
- Offer styling suggestions, gown and accessories recommendations
- Follow-up with clients and answer their enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and manage fitting appointments
- Work with seamstresses to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
- Take measurements and work with seamstresses to ensure that gowns are well fitted
- Maintain records of clients and gown rentals
- Process collection and return of gowns
- Assist in opening/closing, presentation and maintenance of studio
- Assist manager to ensure smooth running of the studio
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Have an eye for fashion and styling
- Possess a positive attitude
- Responsible, meticulous and a team player
- Able to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment
- Female candidates required as assistance of female clients are required
- Can work retail hours (12 PM to 9 PM) on weekends and/or public holidays
- Ability to speak in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking member of team is a plus
- Candidates with Polytechnic diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply
- Min 2 years of work experience in a customer service/front-end sales capacity, preferably from hospitality or other service industries
