We are looking for Experienced Candidate to join us for the below position:
Sales Admin Assistant
- Provide customer service and attend to phone / email enquiry as and when required
. Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, etc....
. Prepare Quotation & coordinate with customers
. Update CRM system
. Coordinate with store on inventory
. Provide general administrative support to the sales and customer service team
including filing, data entry and document management
. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ administration
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Must be a multi-tasker with good time management
- Full of initiative, committed, meticulous and able to work independently
without much Guidance, Good negotiation skills
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
- Those who can start immediately will be preferred
