We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Business Development and Marketing Associate to help drive new business opportunities, support client acquisition efforts and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, outreach campaigns and inbound channels
- Assist the sales team in developing tailored proposals, pitch materials and presentations
- Support marketing efforts by helping to run email campaigns, social media posts and promotional content
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions
- Coordinate meetings, calls and follow-ups with prospects to keep deals moving through the pipeline
- Analyse performance data to refine outreach tactics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts for better lead conversion
What You Bring and Gain
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with clients and prospects
- Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Excel/Google Sheets
- A learning mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs and business dynamics
