Key Responsibility :
- Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to ensure alignment with current trends and requirements in the Built Environment sector.
- Develop and present proposals that encompass a comprehensive range of products, solutions, and services tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients.
- Drive and achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit project tenders, and manage follow-up activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required to support business operations.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in turnkey project solutions such as:
Building Management Systems (BMS)
IoT Solutions
Smart Home Technologies
Security and Smart Access Systems - Strong understanding of business accounting principles.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Possession of own vehicle is an added advantage
