Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular business development reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
