Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular business development reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
