The Business Development Executive drives growth and expands Wei!Creative’s client base by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and boosting bookings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Source and qualify leads via networking, outreach, and events
- Promote services through calls, emails, and meetings
- Develop sales strategies and present tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Client Management
- Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Provide responsive service and resolve issues
- Gather feedback to improve offerings
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Research client needs to refine strategies
Event & Operations Support
- Coordinate with events team for smooth execution
- Manage logistics and resolve planning challenges
Reporting & Admin
- Track KPIs and maintain accurate records
- Prepare performance and market reports
Industry Engagement & Teamwork
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events Share insights and collaborate across teams
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience : 1–3 years in business development or sales (events/hospitality preferred)
- Skills : Strong sales, negotiation, communication, CRM & MS Office proficiency
- Attributes : Driven, personable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
