We are a trusted lighting products and solutions provider seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (B2B) to grow our client base and strengthen our market presence. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building business relationships and have a keen interest in the construction and lighting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within relevant industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and project-based clients
- Promote lighting products and solutions to meet client requirements
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and project delivery
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Sales experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications
