About the Role
We are assisting our client to seek for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to promote corporate training products and consultancy services. This role requires candidates with strong door-to-door or outdoor sales experience who are comfortable engaging with B2B clients face-to-face to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales leads for corporate training and consultancy services.
- Perform outdoor sales activities, including door-to-door engagement, to expand client base and market presence.
- Develop and execute end-to-end account business plans, including research, documentation, and internal coordination to meet client needs.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to maximize revenue.
- Manage delivery of training and consultancy projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely execution. Monitor service quality and take corrective actions where necessary to achieve sustainable results.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in door-to-door/outdoor sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident in using digital tools and technology to engage with clients.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
