As a Business Development Manager in Singapore, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence, fostering key client relationships, and driving profitable growth in sectors such as subsea and offshore wind.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends, industry opportunities, and competitor landscapes to enhance proposal success rates.
- Strategic planning in developing the pipeline of new businesses and market opportunities coming into Fugro
- Develop sales strategies and engage with top-tier clients to drive impactful business solutions.
- Collaborate with Service Line Managers (SLMs) and Key Account Managers to align global and regional strategies.
- Ensure accurate CRM management, maintaining the L2C sales funnel and driving commercial excellence.
- Represent Fugro at industry events, collaborating with internal teams to promote cutting-edge innovations like remote operations and offshore technology.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or business development within the Subsea and/or Offshore Wind industry.
- Strong analytical abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively nurture partnerships.
- Willingness to travel across Asia to engage clients and drive business expansion.
- Proven ability to create targeted proposals that align with client needs and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
