1) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
Job descriptions:
- Promote International airfreight, seafreight and contract logistics services
- Achievement of sales target
- Telemarketing, source for new business clients
- Development of sales strategies for new growth areas and expand business opportunities
- Implement the sales plans, identify potential clients, and develop new accounts
- Communicate Account objectives within company's sales organization.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 – 5 years' of relevant sales experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic.
- Successful previous experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Discipline, Sales oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
- Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency
- Analytical and multitasking skills with In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Meticulous, Independent, Focus with a positive attitude and team player
- If possible, have own clientele base
- Possess class 3 license and own car.
- Candidates able to commence work within short notice period would be an advantage
