Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence by developing and executing effective business development, sales, and marketing strategies tailored for the wellness and health industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve performance targets for wellness and health services.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate wellness programs, membership schemes, and cross-brand partnerships.
- Analyze sales data regularly and adjust strategies according to market changes.
2. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and advertising to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Work with the marketing team to organize wellness events, workshops, or roadshows to increase brand awareness.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Collect and act on client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a client database to track needs, follow-ups, membership renewals, and upselling opportunities.
4. Team Collaboration & Operations Support
- Support the team in sales presentations and client consultations.
- Ensure promotional activities and product information are accurately communicated to the operations team.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.
- Provide recommendations for new products or services based on market feedback.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Regularly prepare sales and business development reports for management review.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior business development experience in the wellness, health, or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of analyzing market trends and developing actionable business plans.
