Job Description:
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at SPX Express, you will own a portfolio of strategic seller accounts, driving their growth and optimising delivery operations. You will partner closely with sellers to provide excellent logistics experience, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. You will serve as the trusted advisor for sellers, cultivate long-term relationships, and position SPX Express as a key enabler of e-commerce growth that can provide fast and reliable service.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts to enhance and optimise their delivery operations using SPX Express
- Maintaining strong relationships with sellers by ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction
Strategic Business Development:
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, planning, and operation teams to ensure all executions are completed successfully
Seller Success & Support:
- Resolve seller-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders
- Ensure new partners are well-equipped and knowledgeable about processes and standards
Performance Management:
- Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to scale operation to meet the demand
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferably with business background, fresh graduates open to apply
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, account management or business development will be advantageous
- Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
