Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including coordination, invoicing, reporting and price listing
- Monitor inventory movements, purchase orders, and stock levels in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Extend after-sales support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any complaints from all our guests
- Manage inventory while liaising with suppliers, ensuring smooth outlet operations
- Process invoices and manage daily stock receiving.
- Handle non-trade purchasing (e.g. stationery, labels).
- Sort and file stocktake P&L reports.
- Organise monthly billing invoices and answer stock-related inquiries.
- Assist with compliance tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing. Perform ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Retail
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene standard
- Ability to perform tasks
- Has a positive and never-say-die attitude
