What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file client documents weekly (insurance, claims, investment, CPF-related)
- Track deadlines for policy renewals, client reviews, and compliance submissions
- Maintain client records with complete and accurate data
- Manage incoming emails and draft adviser-reviewed replies
- Support ad hoc tasks and assist with client events
What You Need
- Full certificate in GCE “A” Level (3 passes in H2 subjects and 2 passes in H1 subjects); or
Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification; or
Any other academic qualification equivalent to the above - Eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship (all nationalities may apply)
- Minimum age 21 (regulatory requirement)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Clear spoken and written English for client communication
What Will Help
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- CMFAS papers: M5, M9, M9A, and HI will be a bonus
- Experience in administrative support, client servicing, or compliance in financial services
