Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize our internal operations, with a strong focus on business performance management, and strategic enablement. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, supporting revenue growth, streamlining internal processes and enabling scalable consulting delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management & Strategic Support
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
- Drive and coordinate meeting cadences, and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and delivery teams to align operations with business goals.
Business Operations
- Partner with leadership teams to drive forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Manage and enhance existing systems to develop effective reporting dashboards, and sales enablement tools.
- Support deal governance, pricing strategy, and project lifecycle processes.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Ensure basic compliance and documentation for third-party engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus
- Experience in Business / Sales Operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with consulting engagement lifecycle
