Responsibilities
- Report to and assist the Operations Manager with the entire catering operations.
- Assembling food items according to the Event orders.
- Loading and unloading of equipment and food.
- Punctual delivery of food and set up of events.
- Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements.
- Support the logistics and provide catering services including set up, fulfill service staff requirements when needed for all types of events.
- Responsible for proper care of catering equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of all events as per the delivery schedule.
- Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
- Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and to maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min 1 years of experience in related industry.
- Must have a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to converse with customers.
- Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
