We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Sous Chef to support kitchen operations including menu planning, recipe development, and event preparation. Maintaining consistency in work performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Food preparation and kitchen execution for catering events (corporate, weddings, etc.)
- Monitor the quality and consistency of food to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
- Manage food safety, hygiene, and kitchen logistics Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance kitchen operations.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in catering, fine dining, or event-based F&B
- Strong creativity in menu planning and visual plating
- Ability to manage operations in fast-paced event environments
- Food hygiene certification (WSQ or equivalent)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
