Job Overview
We are looking for a central kitchen cook who adapt quickly in our newly set up central kitchen. The selected candidate will be working in our Central Kitchen alongside other chefs to assist them with preparation of food and kitchen duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate food preparation machine and equipment
- Follow the food processing SOP and recipe strictly
- Ensure workplace safety, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of food items Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
Requirements
1 Year(s) working experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service preferred.
No experience also welcomed.
Familiar with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Knowledge of food hygiene and preparation standards
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and able to adapt quickly
Self-driven with good initiative and learning abilities
Team player but able to work independently
5 days work week

- 态度积极,乐于学习新技能,能迅速适应新环境
- 主动性强,具备良好的学习能力
- 有团队合作精神,同时也能独立完成工作
- 每周工作五天
