We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Centre Administrator & Enrolment Executive to be the heart of our academy. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our centre, provides a welcoming experience for our families, and drives the growth of our student community.
The Role
As the Centre Administrator & Enrolment Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for parents and visitors, managing all aspects of the centre's daily operations and leading our enrolment efforts. You will coordinate between our after-school care and playgroup services, ensuring seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, practical, and hands-on individual with strong administrative capabilities and a flair for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Mosaic Play Academy facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational systems to improve efficiency, addressing the current need for a more structured process.
- Manage centre scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics for all programs, including student care, playgroups, and enrichment activities.
- Handle procurement of supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
- Act as the key coordinator for potential future services, ensuring smooth integration with existing programs.
Enrolment, Sales & Parent Relations:
- Manage all incoming inquiries (website, social media, WhatsApp) with prompt and professional communication.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive school tours for prospective parents for both after-school care and playgroup programs, effectively communicating our unique value proposition.
- Drive student enrolment to meet and exceed targets for the academy.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with current and prospective families, fostering a sense of community.
- Manage the entire lead pipeline from inquiry to registration, moving from the current manual spreadsheet system to a more streamlined process.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Early Childhood, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or sales/customer-facing role, preferably within an education, enrichment, or student care centre.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and practical mindset.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with a diverse community.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the centre's success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience using CRM or student management software.
- Proven ability to meet sales or enrolment targets.
- Familiarity with the private education and enrichment landscape in Singapore, particularly in the East Coast area.
- A genuine interest in progressive education and the principles of play-inspired learning.
