Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components
- Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender
- Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP
- Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
- Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
- Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system
- Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
- Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/ offboarding process
- Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures IT project coordination and vendor management
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
- Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud Iaas
- Experience with networking concepts and technologies
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
- Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
