We are looking for a passionate Chef to join our new plant based cafe in West Coast Park. You will be the working directly under the head chef to learn new cooking plant based techniques and recipes that are not found in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Check freshness of food and ingredients
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Proven min 2 years experience as a chef
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
Compensation
- Full Time: $2300 - $2800
- Part TIme: $14/hr
Cafe Operating Hours
- Wed- Sun, 7-4pm
