Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries promptly
- Manage billing, payments, and claims (e.g., CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are neat and organized
- Support daily clinic operations and coordinate with clinical staff
- Handle basic administrative duties and record keeping
Job Requirements
- Preferably with experience in clinic or customer service roles
- Friendly, proactive, and service-minded
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Able to work on weekends and shifts (clinic hours-based)
- Tech-savvy and familiar with using clinic management systems (training provided)
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
