Responsibilities
- Define and execute technical strategies to drive innovation and growth.
- Oversee product and service development, ensuring quality standards and effective operational management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on technical initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
- Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical experience in software development, with 3–5 years in senior management.
- Proven success as a CTO or senior technology leader.
- Strong operational expertise with experience in technical management from an operations perspective.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
