We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-border teams, and executing the company’s long-term vision and mission. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and collaborative leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, fostering a high-performance culture, and building strong relationships with the Board of Directors and executive leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring sustainable growth across diverse markets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead and manage daily operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO based in Thailand to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor the executive team to foster innovation, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and public engagements.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Cultivate a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and strategic goals.
- Report to the Board of Directors and provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
- Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Travel regularly across APAC to support regional operations and stakeholder engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in a CEO or COO role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in leading large-scale organizations or high-growth companies.
