Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs
- Conduct regular review sessions and provide after-sales support
- Escalate and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Empathetic, solution-driven mindset
