We’re looking for a Client Success Executive who loves solving problems and building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and support for new and existing clients
- Handle client queries, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to advocate client needs
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist in retention strategies
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in client-facing or support roles is a plus
- Able to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
