Job Description
- Manage patient at registration and schedule appointment
- Perform administrative duties of the clinic as directed by supervisor
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Handle calls and attend to enquiries
- Dispense medication under doctor's supervision
Job Requirements
- Full-time: 44 hours/week (5.5 days)
- Part-time: Min 24 hours/week (3 days)
- Working hours are 8 hours/day, either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
· Able to work on Saturdays and public holiday (when rostered)
- Prior working experience as Clinic Assistant would be an advantage
- Good patient-centered service attitude
- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to commence work within short notice
