We are looking for Patient Service Associates to join the team
Job Details:
- Working location: Toa Payoh
- Working Days: 5.5 work week
- Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon- Thurs), 1.00pm - 6.30pm (friday), 8.30am - 1.00pm (Saturday)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on appointment scheduling, coordinate with medical staff and patients, ensuring both patient and clinic needs are met
- Attend to patients with courtesy, empathy with exceptional service standards.
- Answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels
- Process payments and manage invoices
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels
- Prior healthcare, nursing experience will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
- Able to work in a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- Detailed-oriented, effective follow-ups with patients and meticulous
- May be required to commit to late shifts
- prefer someone with clinical front desk experience and insurance claim knowledge
