Responsibilities
- Collaborate with industry frontline sales and technical teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities for public cloud network products, driving the achievement of cloud network product sales targets.
- Design and tailor network architecture solutions that cater to the needs of various industry customers, aligning with the capabilities of our network products and ensuring successful implementation through diligent follow-up and facilitation.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of industry-specific demands for network products, distilling and summarizing findings to co-develop medium and long-term product roadmaps with the backend team.
- Promote cloud network products, solutions, new features, functionalities, and application practices to frontline sales teams, enhancing their understanding and ability to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide technical support for Southeast Asian customers, with periodic travels required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalents.
- At least 3 years of extensive experience in technical support, solution-related roles, and pre-sales within the public cloud networking domain, demonstrating exceptional commercial acumen and effective sales guidance.
- Proficient in the fundamental principles of mainstream public cloud network technologies, well-versed in the technical attributes of popular public cloud offerings, and deeply knowledgeable about advanced networking concepts such as network virtualization, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Overlay networks, and BGP protocols.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to articulate and write complex technical solutions effectively at C-Suite levels.
- Meticulous work habits, strong organizational skills, logical thinking, and a keen aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Capable of managing high-pressure work environments with ease, exhibiting superior coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
- Significant experience and a deep understanding of vertical industries are preferred.
