Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to staff and leadership.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (JD or advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of compliance or legal experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
