Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing project contracts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
- Track project progress and prepare documentation, claims, and variation orders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
- Support Project Managers in resolving contractual and cost-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in contract administration in construction.
- Knowledge of BCA regulations and contract law.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
