Income is looking for a Contract, Senior Executive to join our Life & Health Operations - New Business (NB) Operations team. Our team supports NB process improvement and system enhancements that align with operational needs to achieve end-to-end process efficiency. This role will involve in supporting Core Replacement Programme (CRP).
Job Descriptions:
1. Drive End-to-End New Business Process Improvement
- Review and enhance end-to-end New Business onboarding process to ensure efficiency, accuracy and a seamless customer journey.
- Identify challenges in the existing process and propose practical solutions aligned with system capabilities and business objectives.
- Support adhoc reporting or data analysis for management review or system tuning purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve turnaround times, and support automation or straight-through processing initiatives.
2. Support system enhancement and system issues management
- Support Life & Health New Business team on all system related matters
- Support smooth implementation of solution related to system enhancement and product issue, including but not limited to review of business solution document (BSD), conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), data verification and post-deployment verification support
- Provide first-line support for operational issues related after deployment and coordinate with IT and project teams on resolution.
- Participate in business readiness activities, including training, walkthroughs, and process alignment sessions.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance Business or IT relevant discipline
- Experience in insurance operations, have good understanding of end-to-end New Business workflow or processes
- Prior involvement in system enhancement, trouble-shooting for system issue or digital onboarding initiatives is preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
