JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The job scope involves leading innovative creative initiatives for brand marketing and campaigns, including social media, activations, and content development.
- Responsibilities include defining and managing the creative approach across various mediums such as design, video, AR/VR, and gamification, and collaborating with market teams to strategize content.
- The role also involves managing and mentoring a team of designers and photographers to maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms worldwide.
- Additionally, the position requires delivering compelling presentations, fostering industry talent, building partnerships, overseeing production processes, analyzing campaign performance, and acting as a creative leader working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art direction, and graphic design in a senior creative role (minimum of 8+ years in a fashion advertising agency, brand, or creative environment)
- Experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography, and multimedia
- Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects (brand campaigns, activations, moving images, design systems, events, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns)
- Highly skilled motion designer capable of creating outstanding creative designs and assets for traditional and digital marketing
- Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows, and technical requirements of digital marketing assets (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards)
- Familiarity with social media, new digital formats, and trends)
- Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (e.g., experience in Asia, the US, and non-English markets)
- Experience in brief conception, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns (both moving images and stills)
- Advanced technical skill set, including graphic design, typography, art direction, moving images, motion graphics animation, AI, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative vision and experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography, and multimedia
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changeable environment
- Act as a brand guardian, consistently connecting and networking with relevant people and brands for future opportunities
- Willingness to work after office hours and on weekends if required
- Comfortable and willing to travel overseas
