We’re on the lookout for a Creative Designer who’s just as confident designing a slick key visual as seeing it come alive on the side of a building. Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Spatial Design
- Develop branding systems, key visuals, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and large-scale events.
- Design digital, print, and large-format marketing materials.
- Adapt 2D graphics into spatial applications (murals, wayfinding, scenic backdrops, exhibition graphics).
- Create artist impressions, concept mock-ups, and ideation visuals for pitches and stakeholders.
- Contribute to pitch decks with mood boards, mock-ups, illustrations, and floor plans where needed.
Final Artwork & Production
- Prepare and deliver accurate final artworks for production.
- Apply knowledge of material finishes, print processes, and fabrication methods.
- Manage print production and liaise with vendors, fabricators, and installers to ensure quality.
- Oversee on-site installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure creative fidelity.
- Conduct final checks on placement, colour, and finishing.
Creative Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
- Produce mock-ups, renders, and presentations for client approvals.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and standards.
- Review design effectiveness and support on-site event installations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to events, exhibitions, or environmental graphics .
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, key visuals, and spatial design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Bonus if familiar with After Effects, Figma, or 3D tools.
- Experience with large-format print production and preparing artwork for installations.
- Strong eye for detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, visualising how designs live in physical space.
- Passion for storytelling through design and creating experiences that captivate audiences.
- Extra credit for motion, animation, or 3D visualisation skills.
