Crypto Operations Analyst/Senior Crypto Operations Analyst
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and reliable Crypto Operations Analysts to join our expanding digital assets team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing wallet infrastructure, supporting daily crypto settlements, and ensuring operational accuracy across our crypto product offerings. This role will work closely with internal teams, external custodians, and liquidity providers to support Moomoo Singapore’s expanding digital token payment services.
Responsibilities
- Wallet Management:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain hot, warm, and cold wallets across multiple custodians.
- Execute and verify crypto deposits, withdrawals, and internal wallet transfers.
- Coordinate address whitelisting, KYT/travel rule checks, and wallet tagging processes.
- Settlement Operations:
- Perform daily trade reconciliation and settlement with external liquidity providers.
- Monitor funding requirements across venues to ensure timely settlement and avoid margin or credit issues.
- Liaise with treasury and finance teams to align on funding schedules and reconciliations.
- Operational Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and investigate transaction anomalies or exceptions.
- Maintain transaction logs and assist in generating audit/compliance reports.
- Support MAS reporting and regulatory record-keeping where needed.
- Process Improvement & Support:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SOPs related to digital asset operations.
- Support integration testing for new upstream providers or custodians.
- Provide operational support for ad hoc crypto initiatives and projects.

Requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in crypto operations, treasury, settlement, or digital asset custody.
- Candidates with strong background in wallet management may be considered for a Senior Analyst position.
- Prior experience using institutional wallet platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of blockchain confirmations, token standards, and settlement flows.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Experience working under MAS-regulated environments or understanding of PSA (Payment Services Act) is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Knowledge of Blockchain explorer tools.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, finance).
- Willing to respond to time-sensitive operational issues, including occasionally outside of regular hours, where necessary.
