Full-Time Customer Service Admin cum Robotics Instructor

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Administration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Handle student registrations, scheduling, and class coordination.
- Manage basic administrative tasks including attendance, payments, and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception and learning environment.
- Support marketing activities such as open houses/trial classes/road shows
Robotics Instruction:
- Conduct hands-on robotics/STEM classes for children aged [5–12] in a fun and engaging way.
- Guide students in building and programming robots using platforms, Scratch-based programming/code card programming (training provided).
- Prepare teaching materials, kits, and class content.
- Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and communicate with parents.

- A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working with children and has a passion for teaching and learning.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy; experience with robotics or coding is a plus (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in customer service, teaching, or admin roles preferred.
